Without Meet & Greet, your driver contacts you by SMS and waits at the designated car park. With Meet & Greet (HK$150 per booking), the driver holds a name board in Arrival Hall A or B, following the instructions in the HKIA App.
We track your flight in real time. You receive 60 minutes of free waiting, counted from the time the aircraft arrives at the gate. After that, waiting time is charged at HK$100 per 15 minutes.
A Toyota Alphard or Vellfire seats 6 passengers and carries 4 large suitcases and 4 carry-on bags. Large luggage is limited to 120cm x 60cm x 30cm, carry-on bags to 50cm x 50cm x 10cm, and each piece to 30kg. Groups of 7 or more need two vehicles.
Airport transfers are priced per vehicle, per trip. The price includes parking, bridge tolls and tunnel fees. Kowloon, Tsuen Wan, Kwai Chung and Tung Chung: HK$650. Shatin, Science Park, Ma On Shan, Tuen Mun, Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long and Kwun Tong: HK$700. Hong Kong Island North: HK$750. North New Territories, Sai Kung and Chai Wan: HK$800. Island South and The Peak: HK$850.
The midnight surcharge is HK$200 per trip. It applies when your flight, cruise or train arrival time, or your pick-up time, falls between 23:00 and 07:00. For hourly charters, a separate night rate of HK$100 per hour applies between 23:00 and 07:00.
Yes. A child seat costs HK$100 per seat. We offer forward-facing child seats and rear-facing infant carriers. Child seats must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, so please state the number and type of seats you need when you make your reservation.
For airport and local transfers, you receive a full refund if you cancel at least 4 hours before pick-up. For hourly charter, at least 12 hours' notice is required. Luxury Gateway must acknowledge the cancellation by email. Late cancellations are non-refundable. Please confirm the cancellation terms for your cross-border booking when reserving.
We accept HSBC bank transfer, FPS (Faster Payment System) and credit card. A secure payment link for card payments is available on request. Private point-to-point bookings are 100% prepaid.
Our fleet includes Toyota Alphard VIP, Toyota Vellfire, Mercedes-Benz S-Class W223 and W222, and Mercedes-Benz V-Class. The published luxury seven-seater rates apply to the Toyota Alphard or Vellfire. Please confirm your required vehicle when booking.

Hourly charter (as-directed) costs HK$450 per hour for the driver and vehicle only. Parking and tunnel fees are charged at actual cost. The minimum is 3 hours for urban areas and 4 hours for the New Territories and airport. A charter between 23:00 and 07:00 adds HK$100 per hour.

Yes. Name-board pick-up inside the high-speed rail station costs HK$150 per occasion, added to the transfer fare. If your train arrives or your pick-up falls between 23:00 and 07:00, the midnight surcharge of HK$200 per trip also applies.

Yes. A bad weather surcharge of HK$500 applies during a Black Rainstorm warning or when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is in force. This is added to the normal fare.
Yes. An extra stop in the same district costs HK$100 per stop. A stop that is not on the way is priced according to its destination. Please tell us about all stops when you book, so we can confirm the total fare before your trip.
