How it works

1. Send us your trip — WhatsApp your flight number, arrival time, passengers, luggage and address.
2. Get a fixed quote — we confirm the fare before you travel; traffic does not change it.
3. We meet you — your chauffeur tracks your flight and meets you on arrival. Add Meet & Greet (HK$150) for a name sign at Arrival Hall A or B (as per the HKIA app).

Frequently asked questions

Where do I meet the driver?
With the optional Meet & Greet (HK$150), your chauffeur waits with a name sign at Arrival Hall A or B (as per the HKIA app). Without it, your chauffeur will contact you by SMS to arrange pick-up at the designated car park.

What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time. 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time is counted from aircraft gate arrival; after that, HK$100 per 15 minutes.

How many passengers and bags fit?
Up to 6 adults plus 4 large suitcases in one Alphard or Vellfire. Travelling with 7 or more people? We arrange two vehicles — let us know in advance.

Is there a late-night surcharge?
Yes — HK$200 per vehicle for pickups or arrivals between 23:00 and 07:00.

Do you have child seats?
Yes — HK$100 per seat with 24 hours’ notice. Forward-facing child seats and rear-facing infant carriers are available.

What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel at least 4 hours before pickup (email acknowledgment required); later cancellations are non-refundable.

How do I pay?
Bank transfer (HSBC), FPS, or credit card. Private point-to-point bookings are 100% prepaid.
