Local / Cross-border
15 minutes from scheduled pick-up time (free).
Terms & Conditions
- Cancellation (Airport/Local): cancel ≥4 hours prior → fully refundable. On-hire: cancel ≥12 hours prior → fully refundable. Late cancellation → non-refundable. Email acknowledgment by Luxury Gateway required.
- Change Policy: same notice as cancellation; must be acknowledged by email or will be treated as late cancellation.
- No-show: Airport—no contact/show within 60 min from gate arrival; Local/cross-border—15 min past pickup → non-refundable.
- Waiting Time: After free time, HK$100 per 15 minutes.
- On-Hire Policy: Minimum 3 hrs (Urban), 4 hrs (NT/HKIA). Every 16–60 minutes counts as 1 billable hour. Bridge, tunnel, parking are charged at actuals after service.
