條款及細則
- 取消預約（機場/本地）：提前 ≥4 小時取消 → 全額退款。時租服務：提前 ≥12 小時取消 → 全額退款。延遲取消 → 不設退款。必須獲得 Luxury Gateway 的電郵確認。
- 更改政策：通知時間要求與取消預約相同；必須獲得電郵確認，否則將視為延遲取消。
- 缺席 (No-show)：機場接送—航班抵達閘口後 60 分鐘內未有聯絡/出現；本地/跨境接送—超過預定接送時間 15 分鐘 → 不設退款。
- 等候時間：超過免費等候時間後，每 15 分鐘 HK$100。
- 時租政策：最少 3 小時（市區），4 小時（新界/香港國際機場）。每 16–60 分鐘作 1 小時計算收費。橋樑、隧道及泊車費將於服務後按實報實銷收取。
