Luxury Gateway is a Hong Kong chauffeur service providing airport and hotel transfers, point-to-point journeys, hourly charter and business travel, with English-speaking chauffeurs and customer service available 24/7.
Luxury Gateway is the brand name of Luxury Gateway Service Limited (豪門服務有限公司), the legal entity that operates the service in Hong Kong.
We provide private chauffeur transport for visitors, residents and businesses. Our chauffeurs speak English, and our customer service team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our services
We offer Hong Kong airport and hotel transfers, local point-to-point transfers, hourly chauffeur charter, and transport for corporate roadshows and business travel.
Hong Kong–Shenzhen and Hong Kong–Macau transfers, as well as group transport, are quoted individually according to the requirements of each journey.
Vehicles and journey preparation
Our vehicles include the Toyota Alphard VIP, Toyota Vellfire, Mercedes-Benz S-Class (W223/W222) and Mercedes-Benz V-Class.
For airport arrivals, we track flights in real time. Optional Meet & Greet is available: the chauffeur holds a name board at Arrival Hall A or B, as indicated in the HKIA App, outside the restricted area. Child seats should be requested in advance.
